Baptist Care Australia is excited to release the provisional program for this year's national conference, to be held in Melbourne on 1-2 November.
This year's program has been thoughtfully curated to maximise opportunities for you to Connect In, and harness the power of collaboration and communication at the 2023 Baptist Care Australia conference and beyond.
Our 2023 in-person conference is an opportunity to re-build our relationships after several years of virtual collaboration; to meet the new staff members within the network; and be inspired by an exciting line-up of speakers from across the membership, government, industry, and beyond. We have crafted a program designed to situate our social services within the broader political, social, environmental and economic contexts, and to explore in depth the ways in which our members tackle key challenges in service delivery.
There will be robust discussion and industry-leading insights on topics such as leadership, futurism, aged care, housing, homelessness, families youth and children, workforce, AI and cybersecurity, sustainability and ESG. You'll be hearing from the Minister for Aged Care, as well as key national advocacy partners. Baptist Care Australia's leaders will take you through our new 2024-26 Strategic Plan, and dive into the insights arising from our inaugural Member Dashboard survey and what this tells us about who we are. This will help us to work together with The Story Whisperer, to define our collective story - and inspire us to go forth and live it!
